Our journey began with a simple question: why should authentic Awadhi food be difficult to find, understand or enjoy?

So we spent over a year researching the cuisine, its recipes, techniques, ingredients and stories, to create food that stays true to its roots while fitting naturally into your everyday life.

Our kitchens are led by chefs from Lucknow, who have grown up around this culinary tradition, bringing knowledge that cannot simply be picked up from a recipe book.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. We believe in doing things the way they deserve to be done, with time, care and respect for the craft.
